A small note about this shop.​

Most of my work exists as jewellery, exhibitions, writing and curatorial projects. The prints you find here come from a different part of my practice: drawing, collage, collecting images and making marks. If you visit the Sketchbook section of this website, you'll see that these activities are not separate from my work but are often where ideas first begin.

​

For a long time, these drawings and experiments remained in sketchbooks, folders and studio drawers. Then I came across a printing company whose attention to quality matched my own values. Their fine art papers, canvas prints and beautifully crafted Italian handmade frames convinced me that these works could exist beyond the page without losing their character.

​

There is also a practical reason for this shop. Sales help support my artistic and curatorial practice, allowing me to continue making work, organising projects, writing, researching and collaborating with others.

​

So, in a way, this shop is both a small extension of my studio and a way of helping sustain everything else that happens within it.

ANOTHER JEWELLERY PIECE

A mixed-media collage built from hand-drawn and found elements, combining painted paper, cut-out circles, printed text, and patterned surfaces.  Bold blocks of red, blue, black, and white create a highly graphic composition, while the central figure — a simplified yellow face with dark hair and beard — introduces a strong, almost iconic presence.
 
The phrase “ANOTHER JEWELLERY PIECE” appears in blue capital letters, arranged in a loose circular form. Read literally, the words suggest something casual or repetitive, almost dismissive. Yet within the composition, they become ironic, playful, and self-aware — as if questioning what counts as jewellery, or what kind of object is being presented.
 
The surrounding circular cut-outs resemble small ornaments, beads, or fragments of wearable forms, but they also read as miniature drawings, symbols, or characters in their own right. This ambiguity shifts the work away from straightforward categorisation. Rather than presenting jewellery as a finished object, the collage opens it up as an idea, a language, or a field of associations. What first appears bright and humorous gradually becomes more layered: a portrait, a pattern, a playful critique, and a reflection on making.
 
Acid- and lignin-free and made to last.
 
The natural finish enhances vibrancy and depth. Textured matte surface that enhances depth without losing clarity. Handmade wooden frame from Italy.
