This collage plays with the idea of identity as something constructed rather than fixed. The face is assembled from fragments — cut, shifted and slightly interrupted — so it becomes both familiar and strange at the same time. I enjoy working with found images and combining them with drawing and pattern. The turquoise text and small marks around the portrait create another layer, like background noise or a visual rhythm surrounding the figure. For me, the piece sits somewhere between portrait and fiction — a face that feels real, but not entirely settled. • Poly-cotton blend canvas with a matte/satin finish. Scratch, crack, and warp resistant. • Vibrant, long-lasting colours with water-based HP Latex inks and UV protection. • Solid wooden frame from renewable sources, 4 cm deep.
