This collage plays with the idea of reflection and relationship. Two figures appear one above the other, almost like echoes of the same movement or two bodies responding to each other. They are similar, but not identical — like different versions of a gesture. Behind them runs a dense layer of handwritten lines, a kind of visual stream of thought that fills the background. In the corner, the small word “YOU” introduces a quiet shift: the image suddenly feels like a message, an address, or a conversation. For me, the piece holds that space between self and other — where identity, memory and connection begin to overlap. • Poly-cotton blend canvas with a matte/satin finish. Scratch, crack, and warp resistant. • Vibrant, long-lasting colours with water-based HP Latex inks and UV protection. • Solid wooden frame from renewable sources, 4 cm deep.
A small note about this shop.
Most of my work exists as jewellery, exhibitions, writing and curatorial projects. The prints you find here come from a different part of my practice: drawing, collage, collecting images and making marks. If you visit the Sketchbook section of this website, you'll see that these activities are not separate from my work but are often where ideas first begin.
For a long time, these drawings and experiments remained in sketchbooks, folders and studio drawers. Then I came across a printing company whose attention to quality matched my own values. Their fine art papers, canvas prints and beautifully crafted Italian handmade frames convinced me that these works could exist beyond the page without losing their character.
There is also a practical reason for this shop. Sales help support my artistic and curatorial practice, allowing me to continue making work, organising projects, writing, researching and collaborating with others.
So, in a way, this shop is both a small extension of my studio and a way of helping sustain everything else that happens within it.
Thank you for being here.
